The Junior Estimator Engineer supports the estimation department in preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing for mechanical divisions. The role involves reviewing drawings and specifications, assisting in supplier/subcontractor inquiries, and compiling tender documents under the supervision of Lead/Senior estimators.


Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, and quantity take-offs for Mechanical divisions.
- Review tender drawings, specifications, and related documents to understand project scope and requirements.
- Prepare packages and send inquiries to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support in gathering and analyzing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing and organizing tender documentation for submission.
- Assist in the preparation of Post-Tender Clarifications.
- Maintain an organized database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material prices.
- Support in preparing clarification queries and responding to client or consultant inquiries during the tendering stage.
- Learn and apply estimation software tools and methodologies under guidance from senior staff.
- Contribute to post-tender analysis and feedback sessions for continuous improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0-1 year of experience (fresh graduates with strong technical aptitudes are welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and accuracy in performing take-offs and calculations.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tender deadlines
