We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cash Van Driver to join our team for the distribution and direct sales of food and dairy products to customers and retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver food and dairy products to customers according to assigned routes.
Sell and promote products directly from the cash van to shops and clients.
Collect cash payments and issue invoices/receipts accurately.
Ensure products are delivered in good condition and according to company standards.
Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
Maintain daily sales and delivery records.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the delivery van.
Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company procedures.

Requirements:
Public valid driving license for commercial/delivery vehicles.
Previous experience in van sales, delivery, or FMCG distribution is preferred.
Experience in food or dairy products is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic math and cash-handling abilities.
Physically fit and able to load/unload products.
Honest, responsible, and punctual.
Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery schedules.
Familiarity with local routes and areas.

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of inventory handling and sales reporting.
Ability to achieve sales targets.
