Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to find, mine, and screen potential leads who could benefit from the Odoo business suite. The ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process, excels at researching and engaging prospects, and sets up the sales team for success.
You will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calls, referrals, networking, and email to generate new sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities across target markets
- Identify the needs of prospects and advise them on the best Odoo configuration for their business
Sales Pipeline Support
- Set up meetings and calls between prospective customers and sales executives
- Build and maintain strong early-stage relationships with potential clients
- Hand off qualified leads to sales closers with full context and notes
Reporting & Performance
- Report to the Sales Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Track all activity and pipeline updates accurately in the CRM

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience Level: Mid-Level (2+ Years)
Industry: Business Software / ERP (e.g., Odoo)
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of experience in sales prospecting or a similar SDR/BDR role
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Good telephone etiquette and computer literacy
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
