Job Details

• You will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the restaurant’s daily operations and workflow.
• You will handle customers’ complaints professionally and take appropriate actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will seek customer feedback and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager on improvement and corrective actions.
• You will ensure the proper implementation of operational manuals, policies, and work procedures.
• You will ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards within the restaurant.
• You will monitor stock levels and ensure ordering is done according to par levels to control costs and minimize waste.
• You will control operational costs by monitoring portion control, preparation quantities, and waste reduction.
• You will perform opening, closing, and handover checklists to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• You will ensure proper security procedures are implemented to protect employees, customers, and company assets.
• You will contribute to creating a positive working environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
• You will support team development by providing ongoing feedback and communicating performance expectations.
• You will ensure that HR policies and company regulations are properly applied within the outlet.
• You will coordinate with team members to ensure high-quality service and operational efficiency
