About the role The Sales Operations Intern will support client account management by helping re-engage inactive clients, update records, and track engagement activity.
The role includes assisting with client follow-ups, managing listings, and ensuring data accuracy using Excel and internal tools.
This internship offers hands-on experience in sales operations, data handling, and client communication, with opportunities to develop analytical and organizational skills.
Support initiatives to re-engage inactive clients and assist in generating new business opportunities.
Assist in reviewing client accounts by analyzing basic activity, engagement levels, and listing performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Conduct supervised follow-up calls with clients to understand their needs, maintain relationships, and encourage engagement.
Support the uploading and management of listings while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Assist in reviewing product packages and contribute ideas for improvements aligned with client needs and business objectives.
Help identify inactive or outdated accounts and support data cleaning to maintain accurate and updated records.
Use Excel or internal tools under guidance to track tasks and update data, ensuring records remain organized and up to date.

0-1 years of experience in Sales Operations.
Any prior internship in sales Operations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
Understanding of data entry and simple spreadsheet functions.
Good attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Patient and consistent approach when handling follow-ups and repetitive tasks.
Team player who works well with others and helps achieve targets.
