About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, reporting, budgeting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic business decisions and ensuring the company’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards
Coordinate audits and tax filings
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations
Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners
Supervise accounting and finance team members

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles
Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting
Experience with ERP/accounting systems
Strong leadership and communication abilities
