Job Summary:
Our client, a startup US-based architectural firm, is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Mid-Level Architect to join their new offices in Jbeil. The role is primarily on-site, with the possibility of a hybrid setup for candidates who do not live near Jbeil. The ideal candidate should have 4–6 years of professional experience, strong residential architecture exposure, and advanced Revit skills, with the ability to contribute across all phases of a project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate architectural designs from concept through construction
- Produce high-quality drawings and models using Revit (intermediate to advanced level required)
- Participate in all project phases including due diligence, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, permitting, and construction administration
- Prepare and coordinate construction documents with consultants
- Support construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, and shop drawing reviews
RequirementsRequired Qualifications & Experience:
- 4–6 years of professional architectural experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a reputable university
- Strong residential architecture experience preferred
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Solid experience in construction documentation and technical coordination
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Fluency in Arabic and English
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:- Experience in high-quality exterior and interior renderings
- Proficiency in 3ds Max with V-Ray or Corona
- Familiarity with AI-based rendering and visualization tools
- Experience in interior design and interior construction documentation
