Job Details

We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving membership growth, enhancing client experience, and supporting the overall commercial success of the business.

???? Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell gym memberships, class packages, private training sessions, and additional services
• Conduct studio tours and clearly present the gym concept, classes, and value proposition
• Follow up proactively with leads through calls, messages, and in-person interactions to maximize conversions
• Support cross-selling and upselling across all departments including spa, treatments, retail, and complementary services
• Assist in executing promotional campaigns, launches, events, and special offers in coordination with marketing and management
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance and contribute actively toward achieving targets
• Analyze conversion rates, client feedback, and sales performance reports
• Coordinate closely with the Gym Manager and concerned departments to optimize sales approaches and offers
• Ensure excellent customer service, professionalism, and strong brand representation
• Maintain accurate records through CRM and booking systems

???? Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or fitness/wellness industry is preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up abilities
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
• Good knowledge of CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus
