Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce & Client Relations Coordinator to manage online customer interactions and support the daily operations of our digital platforms.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable handling website updates, online follow-ups, newsletters, and digital client communication in a luxury environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond professionally and promptly to online customer inquiries.
- Follow up with clients via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Update website content, scripts, and product pictures through WordPress.
- Manage newsletters and email marketing campaigns.
- Monitor shopping carts and client wishlists to support conversions and sales.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong customer relationships
- Assist in improving customer experience and online journey.
- Analyze website traffic and customer behavior analytics
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to optimize online performance.
- Ensure all website and digital content remains updated and aligned with the brand image.

Preferred Background

Requirements

- Experience with WordPress and e-commerce platforms
- Minimum 4 years experience.
- Experience with newsletters and email marketing tools
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented personality
Ability to multitask and manage follow-ups efficiently
- Comfortable reading analytics and performance reports
- Experience in luxury retail or premium brands is a plus.
- Fluent English, Arabic required
