Our core product is a mobile-first SaaS platform offering dynamic features, allowing property, facility, and community managers to efficiently manage communities and spaces. By equipping stakeholders with the relevant capabilities and tools, our platform improves operational efficiency, payment convenience, community engagement, and reduces administrative work.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Junior Product Associate to support the design, development, and continuous improvement of our digital platform. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to help deliver high-quality features across our admin portal and mobile applications.

Responsibilities
• Assist Product in Planning, Design, and Delivery

Assist the product team in translating business needs, user feedback, and business requirements into clear feature scopes, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Support design reviews and feature validation to ensure the final product aligns with the intended user journey.

• Support Product Evolution through market research and analysis

Conduct market and competitor research to identify product gaps, trends, and improvement opportunities. Support the product team with insights that contribute to product evolution and roadmap decisions.

• Testing & Quality Checks

Perform functional testing and quality checks to ensure new features and enhancements meet business requirements and expected behavior. Identify issues, document feedback, and support release readiness.

• Documentation & Communication

Prepare and maintain clear product documentation, including requirements, workflows, feature notes, and release updates. Communicate product clarifications and updates across teams to support alignment during implementation.

Requirements

Must-Have
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Passion for technology and software
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Figma
• Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
• Basic design skills
• Exposure to SaaS platforms or digital products
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, or system workflows
• Interest in prop-tech or real estate technology
