Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Monitor and control systems including generators, UPS, chillers, HVAC, boilers, medical gases, LPG, lifts, and water systems
Identify and troubleshoot system faults; report and escalate issues as needed
Perform daily inspections and record operational data
Monitor consumable levels (fuel, gas, etc.) and report replenishment needs
Handle maintenance requests and generate work orders
Prepare basic reports related to BMS operations
Desired Candidate Profile
Job Requirements:
- T.S. in Electro-Mechanics or B.T. in a related field (1+ year experience)
- Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Good Arabic and English communication skills
- Computer proficient
