As part of our continued expansion and AI transformation journey, we are looking for an experienced and strategic AI Resource Manager to support and optimize our growing AI talent ecosystem across multiple business units and software companies.
Core Responsibilities Act as the primary focal point between Aspire’s AI resources and our subsidiaries, ensuring strong communication, alignment, and operational support across multiple teams and business units.
Manage the day-to-day oversight of AI resources, including performance follow-ups, engagement, escalations, utilization tracking, and overall resource effectiveness.
Build strong relationships with subsidiary leadership and stakeholders to understand ongoing projects, AI initiatives, delivery expectations, and future resource needs.
Monitor and understand the types of AI and automation projects our teams are involved in across the organization, ensuring proper alignment between skills, capabilities, and business demands.
Support the continuous growth and development of AI resources by organizing internal seminars, workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives focused on AI trends, tools, and best practices.
Help drive AI awareness and AI adoption culture across Aspire and its subsidiaries by promoting continuous learning and innovation.
Collaborate with leadership teams to maintain an effective AI resource model that supports scalability, flexibility, and efficient resource allocation across projects.
Participate in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding AI talent to support current and future organizational needs.
Prepare regular operational, utilization, performance, and progress reports for management and leadership teams.
Support performance management processes by providing meaningful feedback, identifying development opportunities, and helping team members grow professionally.
Assist in improving operational processes, communication channels, and collaboration practices across distributed AI teams.
Promote a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance culture across the AI resource organization.
8+ years of experience in resource management, people management, engineering operations, project coordination, or technology consulting environments.
Good understanding of AI, Generative AI, automation technologies, and modern software development environments.
Strong people management and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across global teams.
Experience working with technical teams such as AI Engineers, Developers, Data Engineers, QA, DevOps, or Product teams.
Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience managing multiple priorities and cross-functional activities.
Ability to understand technical projects at a high level and communicate effectively between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Experience handling escalations, performance follow-ups, resource planning, and operational reporting.
Passion for continuous learning and helping teams stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Experience working within international and matrix-driven organizations is highly preferred.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to prepare meaningful reports, track KPIs, and support management decision-making.
A collaborative and proactive personality with strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
