Job Details

As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our company's efforts to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and closing sales deals.

• Identify and target residential and commercial properties in need of cleaning, organizing, or remodeling services.
• Build and nurture relationships with property owners, facility managers, and real estate agents to generate leads and referrals.
• Generate sales leads
• Conduct on-site assessments to understand the specific cleaning, organizing, or remodeling needs of clients.
• Present our range of services and solutions tailored to meet the client's requirements, including deep cleaning, decluttering, and renovation options.
• Provide detailed quotes and proposals outlining the scope of work, timelines, and pricing.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
• Follow up with clients post-service to ensure their expectations were met and address any concerns or feedback.
• Submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports

Qualifications:

• Holds a Bachelor's Degree
• Excellent English Skills (Written & Spoken)
• Computer Literate
• 1-2 years’ experience working in sales
