The Projects Coordinator is responsible for coordinating between departments, following up on project progress, ensuring smooth communication, and helping maintain timelines, quality, and workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate between sales, operations, and clients
- Follow up on ongoing projects and schedules
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Prepare reports, budgets, and project updates
- Monitor project progress and team coordination
- Handle client follow-ups when needed
- Support management in daily project operations
- Maintain organized documentation and tracking sheets
