As a Junior Dealer will support the Dealing Room team in monitoring market activity, executing dealing operations, assisting with client trading activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day trading operations. This role is designed for ambitious graduates or junior professionals looking to build a career within the forex and financial markets industry. The successful candidate will receive hands-on exposure to trading operations, market analysis, liquidity management, risk monitoring, and client relationship management under the guidance of experienced financial professionals.
Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring market conditions, trading activity, and price movements across financial instruments
Support the execution and management of trades in accordance with company policies and risk parameters
Monitor client exposure, margin levels, and trading activity
Assist in identifying abnormal trading behavior or suspicious activity
Ensure all dealing activities are conducted accurately and within required timelines
Assist in monitoring company and client risk exposure
Support the preparation of dealing and exposure reports
Escalate unusual market activity or trading risks to senior dealers or the Head of Dealing Room
Maintain accurate records of trading activities and operational incidents
Support clients with trading-related queries and platform assistance
Stay updated on Financial markets, Economic news, Regulatory developments and Global events impacting markets
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in: Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or any related field
Fresh graduate up to 2 years of experience in Forex, Banking, Financial services
Master’s degree or financial certifications are considered a plus
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-sensitive environment.
Good understanding of Financial markets, Forex & CFDs and Trading platforms is a plus
