1. Company Description

Twellium Industrial Company Limited entered the Ghanaian beverage market in 2013, starting with products such as Rush Energy Drink and Verna Mineral Water. The company has since expanded to produce over sixty different beverage brands and flavors, including malt-based drinks and carbonated soft drinks, all made in Ghana and designed to be affordable. Twellium also produces McBerry biscuits and cakes, featuring a diverse range of products prepared under strict health and safety measures. 2. Job Purpose
Responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials and products, as well as performing data entry tasks to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards.

3.Required skills & qualifications
High school/Technical diploma - additional certificate is a plus
2+ years of experience in a similar role (F&B experience is a plus)
Fluent in English &/or French
Knowledge of inventory management practices and warehouse procedures.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

4.Duties & Responsibilities
• Receive incoming materials and products, verify quantities, and inspect for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and products in designated warehouse locations, maintaining inventory accuracy and accessibility.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to internal departments or external customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Enter data related to incoming and outgoing materials, inventory counts, and warehouse transactions into computerized systems or spreadsheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems (WMS) or manual methods as required.
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment, including proper handling of hazardous materials if applicable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and storage areas, including regular inspections and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Monitor and report any issues with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to coordinate material flow, resolve issues, and support operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains within warehouse operations.
