About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments. The ideal candidate will help improve efficiency, coordinate internal processes, and support operational execution and the accounting/invoicing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities
Support planning and execution of internal processes and workflows
- Communicate with different departments to - ensure alignment and task completion
- Monitor operational performance and report issues or delays
- Assist in managing schedules, resources, and logistics
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation
- Help implement process improvements to increase efficiency
- Support management with administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
