Role Summary

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations, supporting team members, ensuring high service and operational standards, and helping achieve business goals. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

A. Key Responsibilities:

1) Team Management

-Supervise and support staff during daily operations
-Ensure team members follow company procedures and standards
-Help onboard and train new employees
-Motivate the team and maintain a positive work environment
-Monitor staff performance and provide feedback

2) Operations:

-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
-Handle opening and closing procedures when needed
-Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and organization standards
-Ensure products and equipment are properly managed
-Help solve operational issues quickly and efficiently

3) Customer Experience

-Ensure excellent customer service at all times
-Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
-Support the team during busy periods
-Maintain brand and service standards

4) Reporting & Communication

-Communicate updates and operational needs to management
-Monitor daily KPIs and operational targets
-Report incidents, maintenance issues, or stock shortages
-Ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time

5) Inventory & Compliance

-Monitor stock levels and report shortages
-Help reduce waste and improve operational efficiency
-Ensure health, safety, and hygiene procedures are respected
-Support compliance with SOPs and company policies

B. Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
-Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
-Team-oriented with a positive attitude
-Flexibility with shifts and operational needs

D. Reporting Line

Reports directly to: Operations Manager
