Job description
The Manager shall provide comprehensive development, construction management and design support services.
• The Manager’s responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Prepare, update, and follow up on the Project Schedule
• Set weekly progress meetings for the Arch/Civil Staff for continuous updates
• Follow up on design progress with all consultants and permitting
• Follow up BOQs
• Approve invoices received from design consultants
• Coordinate with sales department/accounting for any design changes that may be required.
• Create a uniform filing system
• Create uniform forms for transmittals in all projects
• Create standard documents for reporting, evaluating, BOQs and other submittals.
• Follow up progress of works with all NN related staff
• Explore any potential VE that may lead to cost saving.
• Set weekly progress meetings and provide weekly load ahead.
• Liaise with clients/consultants/contractors and all other related parties.
• Ensure quality assurance procedures are implemented and followed on-site
• Conduct site inspections before, during, and after concrete pouring
• Provide technical coordination with subcontractors across all divisions
• Ensure proper coordination between the Architectural, Structural, and MEP trades
• Review, follow up on, and approve all material submittals and log sheets
• Participate in the procurement process, strategies, negotiations and any other related matter
• Prepare standard Contracts for adoption in all projects
• Prepare cash flows/reports for all projects
• Participate in the recruitment process for any needed staff
Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience is a Must
