Job Details

A reputable company is looking to recruit an IT Support Officer to join its team and provide technical support across its offices.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, supporting users, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with internal teams and external providers when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level IT support to employees on hardware, software, network, printer, email, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot internet, LAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
Support users with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Windows, antivirus, and other business applications.
Create, update, and manage user accounts, access rights, and basic system permissions.
Ensure proper maintenance, inventory, and tracking of IT assets.
Coordinate with external IT suppliers and service providers when required.
Support IT security practices, including password control, antivirus updates, backups, and access protection.
Assist in system updates, IT documentation, and internal IT procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or TS/BT in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Outlook, networking basics, hardware troubleshooting, and printers.
Basic knowledge of servers, Active Directory, backup systems, and IT security is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Good communication skills and customer-service mindset.
Organized, reliable, and able to follow up on pending IT issues
