A work-from-home position for a Remote Sales Representative / Admin — Reputation Agency for the MENA region.

We are an online reputation management agency operating across the MENA region and the United Kingdom. We are hiring a remote Sales Representative based in Lebanon to engage business owners across the Gulf, present our services, handle their questions, and close them as paying clients.

This is a primarily written role. Most outreach, presentation, and closing happens in conversational messaging. Some voice calls are expected (warm-lead consultations, internal team check-ins, training sessions), but there are no field visits and no high-volume cold calling. Full scripts, pricing collateral, daily lead lists, and AI-assisted tooling are provided. You focus on the conversation and the close; we handle the rest.


Responsibilities:
- Engage qualified Gulf business owners in professional written conversations
- Qualify their interest in our reputation management services
- Sign up clients (send description, payment link, onboard)
- Maintain accurate records in our shared CRM
- Hit daily activity and quality targets

Requirements
- Strong English, native Arabic
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, BPO, telesales, recruitment, hospitality
- Comfortable working Dubai business hours (Monday–Saturday)
- Own laptop, stable internet, quiet workspace, smartphone
- Calm, professional tone in both writing and speech, comfortable jumping on a voice call with a warm lead or your team, short 15-minute discovery call with the client.

Compensation:
- Base salary: USD 500 per month, paid via Wise or USDT
+ Commission.
+ Performance bonus.
Realistic earnings at full pace: USD 800–1500 per month
Paid in USD, on time, every week (end of week)

Working hours:
Monday to Saturday, shift aligned to Dubai business hours. Sundays off.

- Registered business SIM (provided)
- AI assistant subscription (provided)
- Paid training days before
- Full scripts in Arabic and English
