We are hiring a Travel Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle travel requests for leisure and corporate clients.
Create tailor-made itineraries and provide travel advice.
Manage hotel, flight, transfer, and tour bookings.
Issue, reissue, and refund airline tickets using Amadeus.
Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel.
Coordinate with international suppliers and partners.
Ensure accurate follow-up of reservations, payments, and travel documents.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in the tourism industry.
Mandatory knowledge of Amadeus ticketing and fare calculation.
Experience in flight reservations, reissues, and refunds.
Strong communication and sales skills.
Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple requests simultaneously
