Job Summary

The Sales Representative in the Décor Department is responsible for assisting customers in selecting suitable décor and furnishing solutions, while providing professional sales service aligned with the company’s standards. The role requires a strong understanding of interior design principles to guide customers in choosing products that match their space, style, and functional needs.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate décor products, furniture, and interior solutions.
Present and explain product features, materials, dimensions, and customization options.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Coordinate with the design team and production department regarding customer requirements.
Support customers in selecting colors, fabrics, textures, and decorative elements based on interior design concepts.
Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to department sales objectives.
Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are presented attractively.
Follow up with clients after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on current trends in interior design, furniture, and home décor.
Assist in handling customer complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in furniture, décor, or interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of interior design concepts, space planning, colors, and materials.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong customer relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
Fluent in Arabic; good command of English and/or French is preferred.
