Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and connecting with potential clients through research and outreach in the targeted market.
- Working on generating leads and closing deals.
- Preparing and sending quotations & proposals.
- Answering customers concerns & queries.
- Negotiating sale agreements.
- Conducting market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Delivering sales presentations to potential clients.
- Assisting with sales reports, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.
- Weekly reports & internal meetings with the management.
What We re Looking For:
- Bachelor s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field.
- A self-starter with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, and experience in facility management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
