Job Responsibilities:

-Experience in Finance and Operation
-Handling the Functionalities of any Dynamics 365 Module: Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, Transportation, Asset, Production, Cost Accounting, Retail.
-Ensure a proper follow up and communication internally and externally
- Self Training on new modules and functionalities
- Preparing and Passing Certifications
- Perform all presales activities (Demo, POC, etc…)
- Coordinate with Project Manager regarding Delivery & Project Updates
- Gathering and Analysis of the Customer Requirements
-Develop the functional Requirements Document for the To-Be Processes
- Design and Prepare Solution Design
-Configure and Setup the Product
-Prepare Data Templates and execute Data Migration
-Perform Quality Assurance on the Configured Solution before delivery
-Design and Develop SQL Scripts that are required for the Implementation
-Perform Functional and Administration Training for the End Users
- Provide support for the customers to resolve their issues during Go Live and Post Go Live

Job Requirements:

-8–10 years of experience in ERP functional consulting
-Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 -Finance & Operations (D365 F&O)
-Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, and support
-Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Supply Chain and others
-Ability to gather and analyze business requirements
-Experience in conducting client meetings, and user training
-Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
-Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
-Microsoft certifications are a plus
