Job description

Job Purpose:


  • The candidate will be responsible for the Beirut area up to Saida.
  • Generate leads, introduce the company, and sell construction products to contractors and developers in order to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Job Duties:


- Search for new leads, use our database to introduce yourself to prospects


- Search for construction sites and construction companies


- Makes telephone calls (cold calling) and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.


- Use the leads to get drawings in order to quote the projects


- Use a consultative sales approach to guide the client towards the correct products. Identifies advantages and compares products.


- Assists the sales engineers in developing clear and effective written proposals and quotations for your prospective customers.


- Negotiate and close the sales


- Participates in trade shows and conventions.


Salary: Basic Salary + commission + car + telephone


Experience: 2 to 7 years.


Outdoor experience is a must.


Skills


  • Proficient in English
  • Market and construction Knowledge are a big plus
