Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to manage and develop sales activities across Lebanon..
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territories. The role requires regular field visits, strong communication skills, and the ability to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions, particularly within the pumps, generators, and industrial equipment sectors.
Key Responsibilities
•Lead all commercial activities within the assigned region and drive sustainable sales growth.
•Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers across Lebanon
•Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through regular market visits and networking.
•Promote and sell products and solutions to contractors, consultants, industrial clients, and end users.
•Conduct site visits and customer meetings to understand project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
•Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project opportunities to successfully close sales.
•Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
•Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
•Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and new project opportunities within the assigned territories.
•Report market information and customer feedback regularly to management.
•Identify opportunities for expanding the customer base and increasing market share.
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and timely follow-up.
•Handle customer inquiries and coordinate internally to ensure smooth project execution.
•Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain continuous communication.
•Coordinate with technical, operations, and administration teams to support customer requirements.
•Prepare weekly activity reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.
•Attend sales meetings, training sessions, exhibitions, and industry events when required
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
•Technical knowledge in pumps, generators, electromechanical, or industrial equipment is a plus.
•Valid driving license is required
