As the first point of contact for our high-profile clientele, you will play a crucial role in delivering a premium first impression that aligns with our high-end vehicle brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet arriving guests, VIP clients, and prospects with a warm, professional demeanor and guide them to the appropriate sales consultant or lounge area.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information about showroom hours and location.
- Offer and arrange refreshments for clients waiting in the lounge, ensuring a first-class hospitality experience.
- Maintain the neatness and elegance of the reception and lobby area throughout the day.
- Assist the sales and management teams with basic data entry, sorting mail, and scheduling appointments when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
Highly presentable with a polished, good-looking appearance and a professional grooming standard suitable for a luxury brand environment.
Good spoken English skills (Conversational/Intermediate level; full fluency is not strictly required, but the ability to confidently greet and assist English-speaking clients is essential).
Immediate or very short notice period is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and welcoming attitude.
Previous experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or public relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
