A motivated and aspiring Sales Executive is sought to join the sales team, with 2 to 5 years of professional experience in client-facing roles, ideally within the agriculture, landscaping, or green industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Lebanese market through field visits, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams as needed.
• Support the preparation and delivery of sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
• Prepare accurate quotations and contract documents in accordance with company pricing policies, for review and approval by senior management.
• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on all leads and opportunities.
• Record and manage all client interactions, sales activities, and contract details in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports to the COO and senior sales management on sales progress, pipeline status, and market feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, trade shows, and industry events as required.
• Represent the company professionally in all external settings, upholding its brand and values.
• Ensure all travel and field activities are conducted in alignment with company policies and sales objectives.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Continuously develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and market insight through training and self-learning.
• Contribute to team meetings by reporting field observations and client reactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 2–5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in the agriculture, landscaping, or green industry sectors. A technical background in agronomy or landscape design is a strong asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is an advantage).
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.
• No limitations on travel within Lebanon; ability to conduct frequent client visits and site inspections.
• A valid Lebanese driving license and access to a personal vehicle are highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
