Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
  • Handle collection coordination with couriers
  • Issue receipts, payments, and prepare bank transfers
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Manage petty cash transactions
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and process payments
  • Prepare month-end closing entries, including accruals and depreciation
  • Maintain and update fixed assets records, depreciation schedules, and filing systems
  • Prepare and declare VAT, NSSF, and taxes in coordination with the auditor within deadlines

Correspondence and related follow-ups

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Lebanese tax regulations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
