A well-established company in Jouret Ballout is seeking a highly organized and proactive female candidate to join its team in an Office Management role with HR support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full office operations and ensure smooth daily workflow
• Oversee administrative systems, filing, correspondence, and documentation
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
• Support HR functions including recruitment coordination and employee records
• Assist in onboarding, follow-ups, and HR documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external service providers
• Ensure proper organization and execution of management requests

Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in office management or similar administrative role
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills
• Ability to support HR functions when required
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative tools
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Immediate availability is a plus
