a. Job Description:

• Plan activities and distribution of work, give directions and delegate tasks in a proficient manner to both Factory and installation teams.
• Coordinate with Production Manager, Carpentry, Paint and Installation Foremen to ensure continuous productivity of wood factory, paint factory and installation.
• Supervising the production team, ensuring the proper workflow and the applicability of the production processes.
• Visit sites to ensure proper installation.
• Follow up and report any non-conformity to Production Manager.
• Develop Subordinates and handle their monthly performance appraisal.


b. Knowledge and Skills Required

• Full knowledge of carpentry production process, execution details and Installation process.
• Ability to read drawings and prepare cutting list
• Ability to Lead by Example
• Possess time management skills and Problem-solving thinking.
• Ability to work under pressure and with time restraints to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate properly with different levels (administrative, production team, clients when needed)
• May be required to travel

c. Background:
Minimum 15 years of carpentry experience in supervisory position
