H.deco is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in high-end architectural millwork and joinery.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory production activities
• Manage carpentry teams and workflow
• Ensure quality standards and production deadlines are met
• Coordinate with technical and site teams
• Monitor materials, machinery, and productivity
• Maintain a safe and organized workshop environment

Requirements:

• Experience in woodworking / architectural millwork production
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read technical/shop drawings
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience in factory operations and team coordination
