We are seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Engineer to join our power generation team.
The role involves: preparing technical and commercial proposals for power generation and energy projects, reviewing client requirements and tender documents, coordinating with technical and sales teams, and ensuring accurate costing and compliance with specifications.
Requirements:
o BE in Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
o Fresh to 2 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, or technical sales
o Experience in power generation, generators, or electromechanical systems is preferred
Key Skills:
o Proposal and tender preparation
o Technical and commercial analysis
o Cost estimation and pricing
o Knowledge of generator systems and power solutions
o Reading technical specifications and drawings
o Communication and coordination skills
o Attention to detail and accuracy
o Time management and ability to meet deadlines
o Microsoft Office and ERP/software knowledge (JDE)
o Problem-solving and analytical thinking
