Job Details

We are looking for a Facility Manager to be responsible of the building operation.

Responsibilities:
1-Manage the day-to-day operation of staff.
2-Ensure rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and maintained.
3-Supervise housekeeping and cleaning teams.
4-Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
5-Report and follow up on facility issues (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, furniture, etc).
6-Maintain inventory records and prevent loss or damage.
7-Monitor furniture, appliances, and accommodation supplies.
8-Monitor operational expenses.
9-Supervise kitchen/cook operations and hygiene
.
Qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field.
2-Experience in accommodation, hospitality, facilities, or property management.
3-Strong leadership and organizational skills
