We are seeking a qualified Cost Control / Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project cost estimation, budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting to ensure effective cost management throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities
-Prepare detailed cost estimates and project budgets
-Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
-Monitor project costs, expenditures, and budget variations
-Prepare cost reports and financial forecasts
-Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
-Assist in tendering and procurement processes
-Track variations, claims, and change orders
-Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and procurement teams

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
-Minimum 5 years of experience in construction cost control and estimation
-Strong knowledge of BOQs, budgeting, and tendering
-Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
-Excellent analytical and reporting skills

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
