Job Summary
The Reception & Admin Support employee is responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the office. The role includes welcoming visitors, handling communications, coordinating office activities, and supporting various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Prepare meeting arrangements when required.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Support attendance tracking, filing, and document management.
• Prepare administrative reports, letters, and correspondence.
• Assist HR and Administration departments with daily operational tasks.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related requirements.
• Ensure the reception and common office areas are presentable and well organized.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Previous experience in reception, administration, or customer service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities efficiently.
