Key Responsibilities
A. NSSF & PRO Responsibilities
• Register all new hires and process employee leavers monthly at NSSF offices.
• Handle NSSF declarations, subscriptions, and related administrative procedures accurately and on time.
• Pay monthly, quarterly, and yearly NSSF contributions within deadlines.
• Submit and follow up on social investigation forms for inclusion or exclusion of family members.
• Issue, renew, and follow up on NSSF clearances while ensuring compliance with deadlines.
• Execute End of Service Indemnity withdrawal procedures and follow up until full settlement.
• Coordinate with employees regarding NSSF requirements, missing documents, and pending transactions.
• Maintain proper tracking and documentation for all submitted and completed transactions.
B. Medical & Insurance Coordination /NSSF
• Receive and review medicine files and supporting documents as per company standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all medical transactions for all assigned entities.
• Submit approved medicine and insurance files to NSSF offices and follow up on collection.
• Verify the consistency between approved medical claims and received amounts.
• Coordinate pre- and post-medical admission approvals for employees in a timely manner.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding reimbursements and requested payments.
• Maintain signed records and documentation for all employee medical reimbursements and payments.
• Ensure proper archiving and confidentiality of all medical records and employee files.
C. Account Management & Client Coordination
• Serve as the main operational focal point for the assigned blue-collar client account.
• Coordinate daily operational matters related to employee servicing, documentation, and employee support.
• Ensure smooth communication between IRC departments, client representatives, supervisors, and employees.
• Support the Operations team in maintaining high service standards and response time.
• Monitor employee requests, complaints, attendance-related matters, and administrative follow-ups when needed.
• Ensure proper execution of client requirements and compliance with agreed service levels.
• Prepare operational reports and status updates related to NSSF (if any), medical, and employee transactions.
• Support field supervisors and operational teams when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
• High School Degree or Technical Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in NSSF-related operations is mandatory.
• Experience with Badaro and Bourj Hammoud NSSF branches is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in HR operations, outsourcing, PRO services, or blue-collar operations is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Gmail and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and time management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously.

Working Environment
