  7. Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.
  8. Implement and oversee maintenance schedules for household equipment and systems, ensuring that everything is functioning optimally and addressing repairs as needed.
  9. Provide personal assistance to household members, including scheduling appointments, managing travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks.
