Job Summary

Sleep Comfort is looking for a dynamic and creative Sales Executive to join our Deco Store team. The ideal candidate should have a background in Interior Design and a passion for sales, customer service, and home decoration. She will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting furniture, décor items, fabrics, and accessories while providing professional design advice and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers inside the Deco Store in a professional manner.
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable décor and furnishing solutions.
Provide interior styling and decoration advice based on customer preferences and space requirements.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with suppliers, production, and delivery teams when needed.
Maintain proper product display and showroom presentation.
Stay updated on design trends, materials, colors, and market products.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
Assist in social media content ideas and showroom promotions when required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, furniture, décor, or interior design.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Good knowledge of colors, fabrics, furniture, and decoration concepts.
Ability to prepare mood boards and basic design proposals is a plus.
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or design software is an advantage.
Professional appearance and sales-oriented personality.
Fluency in Arabic and good command of English or French.
