⚠️ Important: This role requires someone comfortable appearing in videos and social media content for marketing and promotional purposes.

Main Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, social media, email, and website chat.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, returns, and customer complaints.
Assist in creating and appearing in social media content, reels, and promotional videos.
Support in managing social media pages and posting content.
Coordinate with sellers and suppliers regarding products, stock, and updates.
Assist in product listing and updating information on the website.
Support promotional campaigns, offers, and seasonal activities.
Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Maintain organized records and follow-up trackers.

Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills.
Comfortable appearing in videos and social media content.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and e-commerce.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Basic Canva or content creation skills are a plus.
Positive attitude and teamwork spirit.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, social media, or e-commerce is a plus.
Arabic and English communication skills.
Familiarity with online shopping platforms and digital marketing basics
