Responsibilities :


Follow up with clients regarding inquiries, and orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Generate leads and support business development activities.
Assist in achieving sales targets and expanding market presence.
Provide after-sales service and client support.
Handle and solve Complaints in coordination with internal QC .
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients.
Train clients on software usage, and technical functionalities.
Explain product features and technical specifications clearly.
Conduct software testing and troubleshooting when required.
Stay updated on new products, market trends, and industry developments.
Collaborate with Colorist department for product updates.
Maintain accurate client records, reports, and follow-up documentation.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and ongoing projects.


Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2-5 Years of experience in technical sales and client support.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to train and support clients professionally.
Problem-solving mindset with customer-oriented approach
