We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HORECA Supervisor to join our Sales & Distribution team in the FMCG dairy sector.

Role Overview

The HORECA Supervisor will be responsible for managing and developing the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) channel, ensuring strong market presence, sales growth, and excellent customer service. The role includes supervising a sales team, strengthening key accounts, and ensuring execution of company strategies in the HORECA segment.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the HORECA sales team in daily operations
Develop and maintain strong relationships with HORECA clients
Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the HORECA channel
Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising standards
Monitor competitor activity and market trends
Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and distribution teams
Implement promotional activities and agreements with key accounts
Prepare regular sales reports and performance analysis
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
3–5 years of experience in FMCG, preferably in HORECA sales
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Good knowledge of the Lebanese HORECA market
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Valid driving license is required
