We are looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our restaurant team in Downtown Beirut.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience preparing sushi and Japanese cuisine in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare sushi, sashimi, rolls, and other Japanese dishes
Ensure high-quality food presentation and freshness
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Manage kitchen prep and ingredient storage
Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours
Requirements
