Job Summary
We are looking for a Tendering & Site Engineer with an Engineering or Architecture background to handle project estimation, tender submissions, technical coordination, and site follow-up. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare estimations, cost analyses, and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate technical submittals, quantity surveying, and purchase orders.
• Follow up with clients, consultants, suppliers, and procurement teams.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report technical issues.
• Supervise site activities, labor, and material allocation to ensure timely execution.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–6 years of experience in tendering, estimation, and shop drawings.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
