Role Purpose:
Drive online sales growth across digital platforms while ensuring optimal customer experience and conversion rates.
Key Accountabilities
• Manage and update product listings across all online sales platforms (website, marketplaces, social media).
• Ensure product availability by coordinating with the supply chain and inventory teams.
• Optimize product content (descriptions, images, pricing) to improve visibility and conversion rates.
• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints عبر online channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor daily and weekly online sales performance and prepare accurate reports.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to execute online campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
• Ensure proper implementation of online promotions, discounts, and special offers.
• Analyze competitors’ activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor website or application performance and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and sales.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, or marketing or related field.
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in online sales, e-commerce, or digital platforms
Languages:
• Arabic and English
• Computer: - MS Office (especially Excel), E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus
