A software company in Verdun is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support their sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Improve sales team productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments.
- Handle urgent calls, emails, and messages; answer customer inquiries and schedule demos.
- Prepare and check quotations for correct pricing, discounts, and information.
- Assist with offer preparation and collections.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance) to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop and maintain filing systems and prepare reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related.
2+ years of experience in sales; admin or sales coordinator experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience with ERP systems is a plus.
