Content Strategy & Planning
* Develop and execute a monthly content strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Create content pillars focused on:
* Behind-the-scenes production
* Project reveals
* Client success stories
* Team culture
* Industry insights
* Trending content adapted to our industry
* Build content calendars aligned with business objectives.
Content Creation
* Capture and direct content on-site during events, activations, installations, and factory visits.
* Produce engaging Reels, TikToks, Stories, Carousels, and LinkedIn content.
* Create viral-style content while maintaining a premium brand image.
* Write compelling captions and hooks that increase reach and engagement.
Growth & Community Management
* Grow followers organically.
* Manage community engagement and respond to comments and messages.
* Identify opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and influencer engagement.
* Monitor trends and rapidly create relevant content opportunities.
Lead Generation
* Turn social media into a business development tool.
* Showcase projects in a way that attracts brands, agencies, developers, and decision-makers.
* Generate qualified inquiries through content and strategic positioning.
* Support the sales team through social media campaigns and client-focused storytelling.
Analytics & Reporting
* Track KPIs including:
* Reach
* Engagement
* Follower growth
* Website traffic

* Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations.

Requirements
Must Have
* 3+ years of experience in social media management.
* Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
* Proven track record of growing social media accounts.
* Excellent copywriting skills in English.
* Strong visual storytelling skills.
* Experience using CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
* Ability to film and edit short-form video content.
Bonus Points
* Experience in events, exhibitions, architecture, design, luxury, hospitality, or creative agencies.
* Motion graphics skills.
* Photography and videography experience.
