Infopro, a consulting and publishing firm, is looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities and provide executive support to the General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and administration
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and travel arrangements
- Handle vendor management and office maintenance
- Support bookkeeping, invoicing, and banking activities
- Assist with HR tasks including onboarding and payroll
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelor s degree from a top-tier university
