Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Planning & Cost Control Engineer to join our construction team and support the successful delivery of building projects in Ghana.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain project schedules and work programs
* Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports
* Track project costs and assist with budget control
* Analyze schedule and cost variances and recommend corrective actions
* Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely project execution
* Prepare planning, forecasting, and performance reports for management

Requirements:
* Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
* Proven experience in planning and cost control for construction projects
* Strong knowledge of project scheduling tools (Primavera P6 and/or MS Project)
* Excellent analytical and reporting skills
* Good English communication skills
* Willingness to relocate/work in Ghana
